The Aquatic Training Facility at Base Detachment Borinquen is in need of a major repair to the liner in walls and bottom, due to deterioration and lack of proper preventive maintenance. Current liner is delaminating separating from walls and bottom foundation. Several attempts to perform repairs have taken place without any major success. Please see full SOW for more details.
