This solicitation is for services to conduct complete lead paint surveys for five (5) Coast Guard housing units surrounding Eaton's Neck Light in Northport, NY and provide a report of findings. The buildings are townhouses and small singel-family homes; testing is being conducted in the five occupied units. They are the same in plan, in close proximity to one another. See pic in attachment. Work Required: The survey shall include all interior and exterior wood surfaces. Flat wall and ceiling surfaces are NOT part of the scope. Wallboard corners that are considered chewable must be tested. Entryway floors shall also be tested. Surfaces damaged by testing processes will be reairied by Coast Guard personnel.
