Scope of Work: Work consists of preparing and painting surfaces (i.e., walls, ceilings, doors, closets, kitchen, trim and molding, on interior surfaces of the housing units, bulkhead/cellar ways, steps, basement walls and basement floors. All exterior storm doors and all entrance doors and trim shall also be painted. Garage entry doors and walls in Flat Top units finished garages shall also be painted. **Please see attached SOW for further details.
