Exterior Doors (aluminum): White latex paint Interior Doors: Semi-Gloss Walls: Eggshell Trim: Semi-Gloss Ceiling: Flat Ceilling White Basement: The basements are to be painted to include all previously painted surfaces in basement. Walls shall be painted white in Moldicide additive, the deck (Floor), metal poles, and bulkhead walls and steps shall be painted with gray (moldicide added to paint). **Note: Spraying of paint will be allowed for the interior ceilings, and basement, and garage spaces only. Contractor wil be required to endure any overspray is removed and cleanded. In the event you desire to spray paint, please notify the COR.
