This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capability of potential source and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is issued by the Director of Operational Logistics, Norfolk, VA to identify sources capable of providing an ONLINE REAL PROPERTY DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. The online subscription service shall come from an established nationwide company that can provide or has the ability to deliver the following information: A nationwide system of validated Real Property sales and comparable with full details of the transactions. A nationwide system of validated Lease transactions and comparable with full details of the transactions. Specific market information available for every market sector in the country. Detailed market sales analysis. Economic market conditions locally at any property we search on. Ownership and contract information for all property owners. Detailed property information on all commercial, industrial and vacant land parcels including ownership and contact information. The ability to create market comparable reports necessary for supporting documentation. Leasing analytics including the subject market area and competing adjacent markets including vacant rate analysis. Rent analytics of subject property and competing properties. Detailed market absorption analysis. Detailed lease comparable analysis. Construction analysis in the immediate market area. Sales pricing in the immediate market area. Key buyers and sellers in the immediate market area including metrics on what was bought or sold. Full market demographics analysis. Property loan information. Integrated access to tax assessment information where available. Historical lease analysis of subject property and immediate market area. At this time, no solicitation exists: therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. Any interested offeror having the capabilities necessary to conduct/provide this on-line subscription service as stated, are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including, Commercial Market information and Company information via e-mail to Purchasing Agent at michael.w.stephenson@uscg.mil or fax to (757) 628-4231, no later than 2 July 2021 @ 1:00 P.M. EST. The applicable NAICS Code is 519130 with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. The documentation shall have the following: (1) Company Name and Address, (2) Point of Contact and Phone Number, (3) Business Size (Small, Veteran-Owned small business, Service-Disabled Small Business, HubZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman Owned, Corporate affiliations, potential joint venture partners, teaming partners, major subcontractor or (prime) and Large Business, (4) Capability Statement that demonstrates the ability to meet the requirement, (5) Offerors shall furnish information for at least three contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services held with the U. S. Coast Guard, other Government Agencies or private industries.
