The Contractor’s Inspector(s) shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, travel and subsistence required to inspect and test pressure vessels in accordance with the requirements specified herein and the referenced Codes. Upon completion of the work submit a report of the results to the Customer for certifying work completion and file purposes. The Inspector shall issue an operating certificate to each pressure vessel that passes all inspections and tests and will operate safely thereafter for the greater time period of one year or the next scheduled inspection. For each pressure vessel that fails any inspection or test the Inspector shall identify in the report to the Customer all deficiencies and appropriate recommendations for corrective action that must be performed to the pressure vessel before it can be re-inspected and an operating certificate issued. The Contractor shall be responsible for reproduction of any Attachment herein for his use during the contract term.
