This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg FL 33701. The Government will award a firm fixed contract resulting from this Solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous (Best Value) to the Government, Best Value. Cost and Past Performance factors will be considered when Selecting the award. It is highly recommended that all interested parties visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions.
