This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial landscaping services, services will be performed at the USCG Sector Jacksonville location. Date of Service will be from 10/01/2020 until 09/30/2021. This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contract willl be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and FAR part 15. The Government will award a firm fixed contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Best Value. Cost and Past Performance factors will also be considered when selecting the award. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard 4200 Ocean Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32233 It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions.
