This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 21-21-231MAV258 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 (July 2021). This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423860. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The resultant firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 based on the evaluation factors of price and past performance. This is a Brand Specific Procurement. Manufacturer: Goodyear. See Brand Name Justification below. The ability of one vendor to supply all parts is preferred but not required. FOB destination is preferred. However, if you choose to ship FOB Origin, indicate your shipping charge in your quotation.
