The work includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, labor and other items necessary to perform the removal and disposition of the existing lead positive bathroom tubs, the existing tiles at four houses. These bathtubs and tiles are located on the second floor of each house. The project includes the furnishing of new (not installation). The houses are three bedrooms and non-ADA.
