The work includes furnishing all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to perform interior painting at 16 housing units at Rio Bayamon Coast Guard Housing and the painting of the exterior of two housing units at Rio Bayamon Housing. Interior painting includes all areas of the interior of the house (Walls, Ceilings, Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Utility room, Laundry room, all closets and porch area). Exterior painting includes all exterior surfaces of the housing unit( Walls, eye brows, pillars, carport) All paint will be provided by the U.S. Coast Guard. Please email POC for base access if you are in need of a site visit. All contractors are required to have a valid ID to enter the location.
