This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg FL 33701. The US Coast Guard will award a firm-fixed price contract. It is highly recommended that all interested parties visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions.
