The requirement is to provide Sprint Development for Tier 1 tasks for the DTS at a total cost of $13,487,712.60. The DTS system software requires system upgrades to ensure compliance with DHS IT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Records Retention, and 508 compliance requirements and to implement system security and continuity of operation/fail over enhancements. In addition, DTS has an exponentially growing backlog of bug fixes and Tier 1 enhancements that are critical to system stabilization efforts to ensure the continued 24-7 no-fail operational reliability of the system for the safety and accountability of FEMA’s Incident Workforce. BluePrint Consulting Services LLC was awarded the BPA in September 2020 and is the designated awardee through 2025 to provide upgrades required to support the DTS system.
