The purpose of this Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, is to request approval to issue a noncompetitive bilateral modification to extend and adjust the period of performance of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) IT System and Support Services (IT S&S) Contract for a base period of two months and four (4) one-month option periods. This request is to approve a short-term bridge contract to continue services while FEMA resolves a protest filed in the U.S. Federal Court of Claims on the March 17, 2021.
