This procurement is listed on DHS Marketplace. Amendment 01 is issued to provide vendor questions and government answers as follows. The closing date for this solicitation is unchanged and all terms and conditions are unchanged. Question 1: Is the government able to provide pictures of the HVAC units? Answer 1: Pictures are not available. This is a new installation and the old units have already been removed. Power shall be from the same source powering existing evaporative (swamp) coolers. These coolers shall not be removed. Question 2: Would it be possible to get the model and serial numbers? Answer 2: The HVAC units have been removed and the model and serial numbers are not available. Amendment Note: Contractors shall not send offers by email to the contracting officer and contract specialist. All offers must be through the DHS Marketplace website. Amendment Note: Answers to contractor questions and an updated Statement of Work have been uploaded to the DHS Marketplace website.
