This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84 dated Nov 1, 2015. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. Past performance will be considered in the selection of the awarded vendor. Work performance under this contract is to provide one time cleaning services and inspections for galley Gaylord Ventilation Systems that comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Further detail of requirements are in the attached Statement of Work. Period of performance- No later than end of October, 2022.
