Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This opportunity is a small business set-aside for the design, fabrication, and delivery of two identical structural steel mezzanine packages for USCG Air Station Kodiak in Kodiak, Alaska. Each mezzanine must be 34’ x 28’, support a 150 PSF live load, include an IBC-compliant staircase, and have structural calculations stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in Alaska for Seismic Design Category E. The flooring must be heavy-duty metal bar grating, and all exposed sides require OSHA-compliant, removable safety guardrails. Delivery must be made within 90 days after award to a specified freight forwarding address in Tukwila, WA. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis for a firm-fixed price inclusive of shipping.
