This opportunity is a small business set-aside for the supply and delivery of two identical structural steel mezzanine packages to USCG Air Station Kodiak, Alaska. Each mezzanine must be 34’ x 28’, support a 150 PSF live load, include an IBC-compliant staircase, and have stamped engineering by a Professional Engineer licensed in Alaska for Seismic Category E. The flooring must be heavy-duty metal bar grating, and all guardrails must be OSHA-compliant and removable. Delivery must be made within 90 days after award to a specified freight forwarder in Tukwila, WA. The contract will be awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis for a firm-fixed price inclusive of shipping.
