This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20270PR250000235 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-03 Effective: 01/17/2025. Wage Determination 15-5687 revision 25 dated 05/22/2025 applies The NAICS Code is 541330 ENGINEERING SERVICES and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The size standard is $25.5M per annum. US COAST GUARD (USCG) Aviation Support Facility AVSUPFAC CORDOVA, Alaska requires the inspection of four fuel storage tanks. The tanks include two 10,000-gallon aviation fuel storage tanks, one 2,000-gallon heating oil tank, and one 1,000-gallon heating oil tank, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. FAR Clauses and Provision applicable to this requirement can be found in the solicitation attachment. Evaluation criteria is best value, in accordance with the statement of work attached. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. Where FAR clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
