This notice is issued by the U.S. Coast Guard Operational Logistics Command (LOG-95), Norfolk, VA, to identify sources capable of providing lodging and other supported berthing services for a Forward Operating Site (FOS) in the vicinity of Kotzebue, AK. The Coast Guard requires non-exclusive access to the facility to support USCG teams lodging, messing, laundry, recreation, and internet needs. The Coast Guards operations are impacted by a variety of factors including ice thickness, weather, fishing stocks, and other variables. The period of performance will be for a Base Period of one-year and 4 one-year option periods, for a total contract duration not to exceed 5 years.
