Specific MAST site locations will not be disclosed now, but for planning purposes sites are in Southern California (San Diego, Oceanside, Long Beach, Lompoc, and three Channel Islands), South Texas (South Padre Island), and Puerto Rico plus two U.S. Virgin Islands. The scope includes sustainment, maintenance, and logistics support for deployed systems and new-system transition into steady-state operations and support across current and future MAST sensor coverage zones. Responses should be informative, direct, and concise, with certain template cells expandable up to 4,800 characters; the government may disregard information exceeding that limit. All responses must use the mandatory vendor submission format in the attached RFI_MAST_Submission_Template, and the current Statement of Objectives is in Attachment A.
