ASME Storage Cylinders with Bank Configuration
This is a small business set-aside solicitation for the supply and installation of a brand-name Bauer ASME 6000 PSI four-cylinder storage rack with bank configuration, 40 high-pressure hoses, and associated assembly/testing services at USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska. Funds are not currently available, but if they become available, submitted quotes will be used for evaluation and award. The requirement has been amended to be brand-name specific (Bauer), removing the "or equal" option. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), with offers required to include a firm fixed price inclusive of shipping to Kodiak. The acquisition incorporates numerous FAR provisions and clauses, including small business notice, Buy American, and system for award management requirements.
