The existing salad bar, drink line, and hot serving line is still functioning but the size and configuration of the salad bar, drink line, and hot serving line makes it difficult for patrons and staff members comfortably access the food items. The salad bars cold wells aren’t working properly, staff members must fill bins with ice and place the salad bar items on top of it. The drink line countertop is warned and is held up with 2X4s under the counter. The hot serving line has no drains, so staff members must vacuum water out of it daily, also the heating elements for each well have been fixed numerous times by the AIRSTA FACENG. We want a bar that is configured to be easily accessible by all patrons, and easier for staff members to use.
