Contractors shall provide a quote for Water Testing and Sampling for USCG Air Station New Orleans. This in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). For Period including 01APR2022-30SEP2022 Service is needed for USCG Air Station New Orleans at 400 Russell Ave, Bldg 309, Belle Chasse, LA 70143. This is a Firm Fixed Price Service Agreement. Billing will be made monthly in arrears. U.S. COAST GUARD TAX EXEMPT NUMBER: B239641 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on lowest price. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. 52.237-1: Site visit Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. 52.204-7 System for Award Management (b) (1) An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.
