Thank you very much for your input and capability statements. The USCG is seeking a firm fixed price software/service to prioritize proposed idea investments based on their relative importance towards achieving organizational goals and objectives. The preferred approach is live polling with numeric scales and graphical summaries of voting results for prioritizing USCG RDT&E research proposals. Live polling allows for rapid results, data optimization and real-time metrics and analytics that provide the ability to quickly deliver voting results to senior leaders.
