The proposed contract(s) will be issued to cover a five (5) year period with a base and four (4) options consisting of one year each. This posting constitutes the pre-solicitation notice for this requirement. The final solicitation package will be issued on/around July 15, 2021. The solicitation will be included as part of this solicitation notice. (Note: This solicitation will be evaluated on a “Best Value” basis.) The final solicitation package will be issued on a partial small business set-aside basis. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 and a PSC of 6515. This multiple award contract vehicle will service various locations throughout the US as well as some OCONUS locations.
