The USCG requires structural and mechanical modifications to the hoist training tower and platform at Air Station Ventura, including replacing decking, installing 600-lb rated anchor points, modifying the handrail into a two-chain safety barrier, and installing a 110v electric winch. Work will be performed at USCG Air Station Ventura, 190 3rd ST, NAS Point Mugu, CA 93042, with performance expected to begin within 45 days after contract award. Offerors must submit a technical approach, total cost breakdown, and past performance references, with award based on a best-value tradeoff where technical and past performance are significantly more important than price. Site visits are scheduled for August 19–20, 2026. A standard 1-year commercial warranty and Davis-Bacon wage determination apply.
