The contractor would provide custodial, grounds maintenance, pest control, refuse removal, and snow removal for a 13,390-sq-ft single-story building with an attached 20,000-sq-ft garage/vehicle maintenance facility and a 25,267-sq-ft canine/equestrian/arena building with stalls, kennels, and support space. The expected period of performance includes a base year from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028, plus four option years. Interested firms should be able to describe relevant facilities-support experience, small-business status under NAICS 561210 (size standard $47 million) and applicable small-business program eligibility, personnel/equipment/management capability, and subcontracting plans.
