CBP requires continued Integrated Services Process Development Support Services (ISPDSS) to sustain interconnected Office of Facilities and Asset Management priorities. The scope includes front office communications and knowledge management, process documentation and improvement, dashboard and tracker maintenance, SharePoint site and onboarding support, OIT forms assistance, and data management/coordination. These services are intended to maintain continuity across ongoing initiatives, ensure timely access to accurate information, and support consistent execution of internal business processes. A March 2026 justification and approval supports commercial product and service acquisitions using simplified procedures above the SAT but not exceeding $9M.
