The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for armored car services. These services will be performed Monday through Friday at several specified pick-up and delivery locations detailed in the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, equipment, personnel, and permits. All prospective bidders must review and meet the requirements in the attached Statement of Work.
