The Department of Homeland Security intends a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with CMC Electronics of Canada for Navigation Database update services for the P-3 Aircraft. The period of performance is 12 months. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties believing they can meet the requirement may submit a written statement of capabilities. If no responsive statements are received by April 30, 2026, an award will be made to CMC Electronics. Documents over 10 pages will not be accepted.
