This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside RFQ for up to 33 detection canines to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), with a single firm-fixed-price purchase order anticipated. Canines must be delivered for evaluation to the CBP Field Operations Canine Academy at 828 Harmony Hollow Road, Front Royal, VA 22630. Offerors must quote canines of specified breeds and be able to make them available within 60 days of the estimated purchase order date. Evaluation will use a phased best-value tradeoff approach, considering open order status, past performance, price, and a physical/medical/behavioral canine inspection. Selected offerors must retrieve any non-accepted canines from the CBP location within 7 days of notification.
