Inactive Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Department of Homeland Security intends to procure comprehensive Aircraft Pilot Training Services for a wide range of specific rotary and fixed-wing aircraft. The training must comply with FAA regulations and be provided by an FAA-certified provider. The acquisition will be a full and open competition with a small business set-aside, structured as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a period of performance consisting of 5 Ordering Periods. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
