CBP/LSS is seeking services for light element stable isotopic fingerprinting of cotton for determination of geographic origin. CBP/LSS requires a service provider who has the capability to compare CBP-produced analytical data against a global reference library and determine consistency with claimed and/or suspected regions or countries of cotton origin, as appropriate, as well as provide technical support and training to further this effort.
