Amendment August 16, 2024: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has reviewed industry questions for Air and Marine Operations (AMO) upcoming single-award IDIQ requirement for Aircraft Support Services. Attached are Government responses to industry questions. All updates (if applicable) will be incorporated into the final requirement documents. Please continue to monitor SAM.gov for all updates and announcements for the potential requirement. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Original Announcement: This announcement is being posted in follow-on to U.S Customs & Border Protection’s (CBP) Request for Information (RFI) Notice #11292023 - Air and Marine Operations IDIQ - Aircraft Support Services dated December 2023. As CBP continues to establish this requirement, the government invites interested parties to provide feedback to this draft RFP. The Staffing Mix, for example (see Attachment #3 – Pricing template), provides a listing of labor categories that the government anticipates will be required to satisfy the various tasks over the life of the awarded IDIQ. Any other recommended labor categories, not currently mentioned, that industry believes may be of benefit is welcomed for the government’s consideration. Please be advised that the government DOES NOT intend to respond to questions in the draft RFP stage. Rather, it is the government’s intent is to review all presented questions/feedback and consider those for incorporation/editing into the final RFP where applicable. Upon release of the final RFP, interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to submit questions which will then be addressed via a subsequent RFP Amendment providing questions and answers (Q&A). Interested parties are requested to utilize the attached questions template for submission by the requested due date of June 6, 2024 no later than 1:00pm local Washington, DC time. All questions/comments shall be forwarded via email to Nykia Warren at nykia.warren@cbp.dhs.gov.
