The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Magnet Forensics, 2250 Corporate Park Dr Unit 2, Herdon VA 20171-2898 for the procurement of fifteen Magnet Axiom software licenses for a one year renewal. They are the sole manufacturer of this software/licenses and they are the only company that can provide the license renewal. The anticipated contract period of performance will be from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
