CBP has an urgent requirement to procure additional ground transportation service and CBP background-cleared and licensed drivers resulting from an ongoing and anticipated increase in migration surge along the Southwest Border (SWB.) The transportation services are required within the nine U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) sectors of San Diego, El Centro, Yuma, Tucson, El Paso, Big Bend, Del Rio, Laredo, and Rio Grande Valley and within their areas of responsibility to include USBP stations, Field Offices, Ports of Entry, highway checkpoints, processing centers, hospitals, courts, and detention centers.
