CBP currently has an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in place, allowing for firm fixed price Task Orders for the exclusive provision of COVID-19 vaccination services to select non-citizen detainees within the Migrant Protection Protocol (MPP) Program, at 11 locations across the southwestern border area of operations, from California to East Texas. CBP intends to open the contract requirements up to a broader base of non-citizen detainees, add additional locations, and include the requirements for the administration of seasonal influenza vaccinations. This sole source follow-on modification action will require the initial contract ceiling to be increased but does not extend the IDIQ ordering period.
