Under the authority of FAR 13.106, US Customs and Border Protection intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Purchase Order (PO) with one base year and one option periods, consisting of one year each. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOATATIONS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)). The anticipated period of performance will be from on or about September 15, 2021 through September 14, 2023. Market research was performed and shown to support the sole source determination. See attached sole source justification regarding additional information for this determination. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
