U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to ORBCOMM, Inc to provide raw data feed of combined satellite/terrestrial National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) 0183 AIS data feed through the current US Department of Transportation (DOT) Volpe MISSIS connection to the Air and Marine Operations Surveillance System (AMOSS). This data feed will be provided to the US DOT on behalf of CBP, Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC). This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
