All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 20120362 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated applicable provisions and clauses (See Solicitation Attachment Two) are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 337214 – (Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. This requirement is being solicited as a total-small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol (USBP) San Diego Sector has a requirement in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) {Solicitation Attachment One} for a Contractor to deliver and install twenty (20) new operator control consoles (systems furniture) meeting or exceeding the requirements as outlined in the SOW. The deadline for receipt of quotations for this requirement is: Monday, August 31, 2020 at 2:00PM Pacific Time (PT). Quotation submissions must be submitted only by email to Contracting Officer Benjamin Dorgan at: benjamin.j.dorgan@cbp.dhs.gov. All quotation pricing should be valid for up to 30 calendar days after close of the solicitation. Interested quoters must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted directly to the quotation submission point of contact as indicated above. Questions not received by the question submission deadline of: Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Noon PT may not be considered. No phone calls please. Each Quoter must provide any relevant NON-PRICING responses (e.g. technical proposal, product specifications, representations and certifications, etc.) so that they are received no later than the closing date and time for this solicitation. A quoter must submit sufficient information for a technical evaluation to be made by the Government to determine if the quoter's quotation meets the minimum requirements of the SOW. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for acquiring any additional information. If description/technical data/specifications are not sufficient to make a technical acceptance decision, the quote may be determined technically unacceptable. Emailed submissions must be in separate attachments and clearly indicate what is being provided. The following criteria must be followed when submitting quotation attachments: No more than five (5) single-sided pages total for TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT APPROACH. No more than three (3) single-sided pages total for PAST PERFORMANCE. Due to restrictions on the size of email, ensure that all emails submitted are less than 35MB. If the quotation exceeds 35MB, please separate the submission into multiple emails and include in the subject line the solicitation number and # of # emails.
