Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. In accordance with the IPP clause; ELECTRONIC INVOICING AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS - INVOICE PROCESSING PLATFORM (IPP) (JAN 2016), payment requests for all new awards must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP). The Contractor must use IPP for contracts and orders awarded April 11, 2016 or later. To constitute a proper invoice, the payment request must comply with the requirements identified in FAR 32.905(b), "Payment documentation and process" and the applicable Prompt Payment clause included in this contract. If the Contractor is unable to comply with the requirement to use IPP for submitting invoices for payment, the Contractor must submit a waiver request in writing to the contracting officer. As referenced in section 4.5 above the Vendor shall provide copies of the documents listed below. One copy of the data shall be delivered in paper form and one copy in electronic form. The electronic form shall be in MS Word format or Adobe Acrobat. The documents are deliverables under the contract and shall be delivered to the Technical Point of Contact within thirty (30) days after contract award: a. Operations Manual b. Equipment Specification VisComms engineering staff will integrate and commission the new camera systems – no installation or commissioning services are required. The pricing shall include installation support from manufacturer to engineering staff for the installation. The vendor will ensure that Government installation of the new equipment will not affect the system warranty. The cameras will connect to the camera control units via existing SMPTE 304M digital fiber optic cables using M-F Electro-optical connectors (LEMO 3K.93C connectors). CBP will use its cabling for the Government installation. The Vendor pricing shall include a 2-year parts and labor warranty covering the camera, camera control unit, viewfinder, lens and remote control panel.
