Please see attached SOW-Revised. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Laboratories and Scientific Services Directorate (LSSD) Southwest Regional Science Center (SWRSC) has a need for a dual forensic LASER system capable of generating a LASER light at or near both 445nm and 532nm frequencies for their Forward Operating Laboratories (FOL), for example: a 525nm green laser would be considered sufficient. This system will be used to excite fluorescence imaging dust, glue, powder, dyes, and reagents used to develop latent prints on evidentiary items in the laboratory and in the field. In addition, space requirements dictate that the overall size be considerably smaller than a standard size forensic laser used in our industry.
