U.S. Customs and Border Protection Laboratories seeks to acquire two (2) individual bench-top instruments, which contain both Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and Raman Spectrometers housed inside of the same parent unit and thirteen (13) protable FTIR insturments. All instruments must utilize the exisiting software and specialized libraries currently being used by the laboratories.
