Offers are now due at 3 PM (MST) on September 22, 2020. -KwH . This procurement is for package food items in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). Supplier quotations will be provided in two separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov, SUBJECT "PR 20118505 PackFood, [supplier], [offer date]". Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word or Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size. 1) Pricing must be submitted via provided spreadsheet. 2) Offerors must provide product descriptions (aka Tear Sheets) for all products quoted. 3) Offerors must provide a screenprint of their supplier registration from www.SAM.gov, showing the DUNS number and expiration date. Offerors MUST be registered in www.SAM.gov to be considered for award. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR). Therefore, the offeror's initial quotation should contain the offeror's best price and delivery, plus give complete and concise descriptions of the product (packaged food items). The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business per NAICS 311412 (1,250 Employees). Delivery Terms are FOB Destination.
