The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), requires deployment and operation of temporary facilities in order to provide for remote immigration hearings at locations on the southwest border area of operations. Two separate and temporary soft-side facilities shall be erected at the ports of Brownsville, Texas, and Laredo, Texas, and shall include all requirements for facilities and infrastructure for immigration hearings, facilities services and maintenance, security, communications and control, and full wrap-around services support.
