Therefore, they are well versed in our requirements, to include their ability to link systems they have already provided at associated locations. NCC Systems is required as a follow-on to continue install and update their current interconnected systems across our locations and must be within a reasonable driving distance from the Area Port of Champlain having security requirements and ensuring, to include address system issue in an expedited manner. This requirement is a Sole Source Determination For actions above the micro-purchase threshold but not exceeding the SAT.
