The remainder of the solicitation remains unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. Proposals/Quotes are being requested and written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation #19Q-PD4122RS is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated Clauses and Provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and may be obtained electronically at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This RFQ is being solicited as SET-ASIDE SMALL, WOMEN-OWNED, SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED, HUBZONE, SMALL DISADVANTAGED VETERAN-OWNED, etc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339920 and Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The USCG Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of the following: 1,000 Ea., 40 Liter Widemouth Waterproof Duffle Bags, Color: Orange w/Stenciling. DUFFLE BAG SPEC: a.) Have a volume of 40 Liters, b.) Orange in color, c.) Dimensions: 12 in W x 22 in. L x 12 in H, d.) 19 oz. Scrim-reinforced Vinyl Body and 30 oz. Scrim-Reinforced Vinyl Bottom, e.) D-Rings for use with Shoulder Strap or Tie-Downs, f.) Dry Seal dual-strip roll-down, NOT zippers, and g.) Be able to withstand quick submersions in water and float if dropped in water. BAG STENCILING: Each bag shall be stenciled/stamped with the words "USCG WMD KIT". Lettering to be foiled printed on the duffle in 1.75" tall Arial Font, Black. The first line shall read "USCG", second line shall read "WMD KIT" and shall be centered above the pocket 2.5 inches. Destination quotes are desired. Required delivery is 60 days after receipt of order.
