This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 192125VPH00000003 for window film and installation in accordance with Attachment 2 – Statement of Need (SON).
