Request that contractors resubmit quotes with the quantity for Line Item 0016 to reflect the change.******* (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 192124VDA10010002-2 and the solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 dated May 22, 2024. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 339920, Athletic and Sporting Equipment with a small business size standard of 750 employees. (v) A list of line-item numbers, manufacturer, part number, descriptions, quantities, and units of measure are in Attachment 2, Line Items. See also Attachment 1-Statement of Need and Attachment and Attachment 3-Provisions and Clauses. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The acquisition is to supply fitness equipment, deliver, install new equipment and remove the old equipment. (vii) The delivery date is 60 days after receipt of an order. The place of delivery and acceptance is DHS/ICE, 125 E. Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75062 and the Free-on-Board (FOB) point is Destination. (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and there aren’t any addenda to the provision. (ix) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, does not apply to this solicitation. The Government will evaluate as follows: 52.212-1(g) Contract award. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the contracting officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
