The Houston (HOU) field office requires five individual parking spaces within .50 miles of the Harris County Jail Complex located at 700 North Jacinto Street, Houston, TX 77002. The parking spaces shall be reserved and secured as the vehicles are law enforcement vehicles and are required to be safe and secure. The contractor shall provide 24-hour, seven days a week access to the parking structure. Additionally, the contractor shall provide access to the parking structure via a key card or license plate recognition software. Access may be needed for additional visiting personnel (as needed). The contractor shall install ICE identification placards for each ICE parking space to ensure that the spaces are always reserved for ICE vehicles. See attached Solicitation Document, Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment B, and Attachment C for additional information. Submission shall be received not later than 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. -------------------- Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 is posted to add questions onto the solicitation (See 2.2.1-A0001-Solicitation). Questions are due on August 29th, 2024. The solicitation submission date was extended to Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. -------------------- Amendment 0002: Amendment 0002 posts the questions and answers received for this solicitation. In summary, access may be needed for up to three additional parkign spaces for additional visiting personnel on a short-term basis.
